Germany lost the First World War by negotiating an armistice, but the Kaiser could have won the war in 1914. Two changes in historical record back in 1914 would have handed Germany a victory over France and Russia. They would have supported the Austria-Hungary effort in seizing the Balkans. A New World Order would have impacted much of our world history as we know it today. Kaiser Wilhelm II (1859 – 1941)  could have made two strategic moves to insure victory in weeks.
